Gravette offers free 2-day delivery to more than 95% of the customers in the contiguous United States. For customers who are near our warehouse, Gravette collaborates with the biggest 3PL firms in the US to offer next-day delivery. Gravette will deliver the products in 2 days with a 95% success rate if the customer is not in the immediate vicinity. If for some reason, the order gets delayed and it takes 3 days, we will provide the customer $5 credit for the inconvenience. Customers can cancel their orders and we will issue a refund within 2 business days if it gets delayed by more than 3 days.
