These also include text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your permission covers our use of subcontractors, who may perform the service. Service Delivery Frequency: Message frequency will change, and it will depend in part on how you respond to communications that have been sent to you. In order to increase or decrease the overall number of messages delivered to you, we reserve the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to change the phone number or shortcode from which messages are sent.

Message & Data Rates May Apply: Apart from any applicable roaming charges, message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with our text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier to know more about the pricing plans. No separate fee is charged for sending our text messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions: All you need to do is reply STOP to cancel. You may also use the keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to cancel. You will receive a second message after messaging STOP to confirm that your request has been processed. You agree that the Company and its service providers will not be responsible for failing to honor requests to unsubscribe that do not contain the STOP keyword command. Additionally, you understand and accept that any other manner of canceling, including but not limited to, messaging phrases than those mentioned above or verbally asking one of our employees to take you off our list, is not a legitimate form of canceling. If you opt-out of one of our text messaging programs, you might still get texts from us through any additional programs you've subscribed to until you do so separately.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: These Messaging Terms and Conditions can be revised, modified, or amended at any time. Your Account

Discounts and Coupon Codes

Per order, you can apply only one discount or promo code. Local, state, and federal taxes, and/or shipping costs may still be charged even when you use a discount code.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the Gravette product you received, within 30 days of the date of receiving the product, you may return it and get a refund. If you wish to know more about placing a return request, please visit our support page.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

For as long as you completely abide by these terms of use, you are given a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.gravette.co.
